AMEDEO
AMEDEO offers weekly updates from journal subsets of interest. The free facility has a user friendly website which can be used to set up alerts. Using AMEDEO you can:

1. Select a medical area, select your favourite medical journals and submit the request form to receive the weekly emails.

2. Consult the weekly literature overviews for additional topics, i.e. HIV Infection, Ischemic Heart Disease, Breast Cancer (for a complete overview, please refer to the AMEDEO homepage).

3. Access My Amedeo to change your journal selection or subscribe to additional topics.

4. Check the Multidisciplinary Journal Club for a selection of outstanding articles.
BMJ Evidence Updates
BMJ Evidence updates is a free email alerting service tailored to personal clinical interests which notifies you of important new research about the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, aetiology and economics of medical conditions. All citations (from over 120 premier clinical journals) are pre-rated for quality by research staff, then rated for clinical relevance and interest by at least 3 members of a worldwide panel of practicing physicians.

CASH (Current Awareness Service for Health)
CASH aims to keep health professionals up-to-date with new developments for the benefit of patient care and improved decision making. It is a collaborative service provided by librarians from around England who monitor and capture content from across 3 broad sectors - Primary Care, Secondary Care and Mental Health. CASH produces the following bulletins:
Database auto alerts
Be regularly alerted by email each time your search is run on a database such as Medline, CINAHL, Embase or NHS Evidence. Either we can do the search and set up the alert for you, or we can show you how to do it yourself. Please contact us for further information.
Department of Health Bulletins
The Week Bulletin (for Chief Execs and their teams)
Published every Thursday by the DH, The Week provides need-to-know news, consultations and events for chief executives and their teams. It provides links to more information and resources, highlighting areas for action. To access the current The Week and its archives, click here.

DynaMed Weekly Updates are prepared by the clinician members of the DynaMed Editorial Team and comprise of one to five articles which are deemed to be most likely to change clinical practice.
